We had a great weekend! On Saturday morning we drove to Ames and enjoyed lunch at Hickory Park (Jeff's favorite), then on to Boone to see Thomas the Tank Engine. Kaelen enjoyed the train ride and the petting zoo they had at the train depot. After Thomas we drove to Des Moines and stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn by Jordan Creek that we really like. They have an 18"deep kids pool that Kaelen, Kamryn and Kason all love!
